Step by Step....

Step 1
Schedule an Appointment
There are a few different ways you can schedule with our office. The easiest & quickest way is by using our Online Scheduling System which is available by clicking the Green Button at the top of our website that says "Schedule Appointment Online. This is available for all of our services with the exception of Massage Therapy which requires New Patients to text or call to schedule. Texting and calling is available for all New Patient Appointment types if you prefer one of those methods. The phone # for both is: 816-407-7200.
Step 2
Complete New Patient Paperwork
Our office is pretty reliant upon technology with texting as we've found it the most convenient way for us to reach out to our patients or them us during those busier times when you can't grab a phone call. Once your appointment is scheduled, you will receive a text (and email if email address provided) with a link to our required New Patient Paperwork. If you are able to complete this ahead of time, we appreciate it so we may have it ready for your arrival. If you'd prefer to complete in the office, you must show up early, per the text so that you are ready to be seen when your appointment time comes around. Patients that fail to complete paperwork ahead of time may be rescheduled. Links for all New Patient Paperwork can be found in the drop down menu on our website.
Step 3
Provide us with your Insurance Info (if applicable, for Chiropractic Care Only)
If you are a coming in for Chiropractic Care and complete our New Patient Paperwork online, at the end is a section for you to provide us your Insurance ID. This is very helpful so that we can have your benefits verified and your account set up prior to your arrival. You are also welcome to text us a copy of your card to our phone #: 816-407-7200. Texting it is also appreciated if you choose to fill out paperwork in the office so that we can have your insurane info ahead of time. If none of the above is an option, please bring your card with you and we will do our best to verify your benefits at the time of your appointment.
Step 4
Arrive for Your Appointment
You will receive a couple of text reminders for your upcoming appointment. When you arrive to our office we will have a couple of standard forms to sign in the office and then you will be ready to meet with your Provider. They and the staff will take it from there with information on your condition, treatment recommendations and follow up visits. If you ever have any questions,
